Is PSU still set on the planet Ragol?
No. As previously mentioned, PSU is not a continuation of the PSO series; rather of the SEGA Megadrive Phantasy Star games from years ago. Phantasy Star Universe is set in the Grail Star System, which is made up of 3 planets and many different unique cultures and life forms.
When is PSU due to be released?
The exact release date of Phantasy Star Universe remains unknown. However, it is known that the game will be released sometime in the duration of February 2006.

What is Phantasy Star Universe?
This game is Sonic Team's newest addition to the Phantasy Star series. An important tidbit of information for you to understand is this: Phantasy Star Universe is not a countinuation of the Phantasy Star Online series.
