MIND - 0 Now since RAcast cant cast Shifta/Deband on himself, we can get a little help from choosing a good Mag that will cast it on him as a Photon Blast, when his PB meter is full and also when at Boss Fights. Either of the following would be perfect;
Deva, Diwari, Pushan, Rati or Savitri. However, if you use the baby Mag you start out with and raised it, you would end up with a Pushan. It doesnt really matter which one you choose as they all have the exact same effect. The only real differences are looks and the fact you may need a different Character and/or Section ID to create it

Power - 100 / Luck - 30 If you really wanted you could take off some of the Power and replace it with God/Powers and use the remaining materials on DFP or EVP. Personally i'd prefer having max ATP cause RAcast has an insane amount of Hitpoints anyway. God/Battle - Very very nice unit to have, but not totally essential. God/Luck - Maxes out Luck, which of course rules for getting critical hits! And the rest is pretty much up to you... Whilst levelling up you could find God/Arms useful to equip weapons sooner, or God/Powers to increase your damage. You may even find PB/Create useful to perform your Photon Blasts more often! In the end i managed to max everything except DFP (101 short) and EVP (73 short). But since RAcast has the highest HP in the game, i dont think he is in desparate need of any defense he could get. If you really wanted to you could equip a couple of units to increase his Defense and Evades. Guide by: Junon
