Quest Description:
The Rappies are having a Festival. Participate and get excited.

Reward:
??? Meseta

A quest that involves many fun mini-games, some nice music, and can be played by 1-4 players! However, there is more to this quest then just games! Uncover also the captured rappies Flat and Slope who had been picking the rare 'Rajuenda Flower' in Hildebear territory! Save them!

Forest 1

The second you enter the forest, you'll see many Rappies, and probably notice the music change! That's because they're having a party! This guide will take you through every mini game to make you the envy of the Rappies themselves, plus help you to get onto the other side of the forest and further, the areas you weren't meant to see!

1: The Points Counter
Here the Rappy will exchange Meseta for points, which you'll need to start off playing almost all of the mini-games around the forest. A good idea to go here first! Don't get too many though or that sneaky Rappy will up the price without you realising it!

2: Rappy Lottery! (Cost: 3 Points)
Feeling lucky! Give this Rappy 3 points in exchange for your chance to win anything from a Monomate to 10 points! Simply give him 3 points, then stand on the switch of your choice to win a prize!

3: Points Keeper
This Rappy will let you give some of your many well earned points to others players you may be playing with!

4: Stamp Collector (Cost: 20 Points)
This section is vital if you are to progress through this quest! Give this Rappy 20 points to enter the stamp collecting game. After doing so you must collect four stamps on your card from four other Rappies which will all be standing on other collection points, as he is! This is done via unlocking them, and then if you wish, use the map above to find where abouts they are. Also if there is more then one person playing in the same game, any character can collect any stamp at anytime, just so long as the four Rappies are talked too altogether! See: Glow Ball Racing, Glow Catchball Game, 'Find The Rappy', and Chicken Race. When you've collected all four, take the card back to this Rappy and he'll give you a 'Friendship Fragment' which should be kept ahold of for future use…

5: Transporter
Here the Rappy will happily return you to Pioneer 2, should you need too!

6: The Glow Catchball Game (Cost: 10 Points)
The object in this game is to catch as many of the falling glowballs as possible in the allotted time limit. Many will fall and the object is to keep your character running around and keeping as much of the area in view as possible! Catching under 20 Glowballs will win you a monomate. Catching 20 - 29 will win you 15 points, and catching 30 or more will win you 20 points! Collecting the Rappy Stamp: (1) To do this you must enter the game and while in the area, hit the switch to move the debris on the other side of the area that unveils the Rappy on top of the Stamp Collection Point. That's not all though! In this game you must also catch 30 or more glowballs to de-activate the laser in front of him (This doesn't have to be done in the same game, just anytime!). Then simply go and talk to him to collect your stamp.

(Also in this Area: Switch 1 - Hiding behind the boxes as indicated on the map, keep hitting it until it appears green to unlock the box behind the Points keeping Rappy (3).)

7: The Glow Ball Race (Cost: 500 Meseta)
The only game here that costs Meseta instead of Points! The object of this game is to race your glowball against the computers, and beat it past the line! This is done by selecting one of four options at the appropriate time. When the game starts, a menu will appear that will say either: 'Dash!!', 'Advance', 'Back', or '???'. Selecting Dash!! will make you move very quickly for a short length of time, selecting Advance will make you move forward, selecting Back sends you in the other direction, and choosing ??? means anything could happen, be it good or bad! Note that you only get Dash!! 3 times, selecting it again after that will result in you staying still! Select the right move time and time again everytime the menu appears and don't get caught out by the moving options! Remember, you have to go forward to win! Also a hint to win, select your move as fast as possible to make you're your not standing around waiting for no reason! Winning it once will get you 3 points, winning it twice in a row (Choosing 'Participate' straight after your previous win) gets you 5 points, and winning it three times in a row will result in you winning everything in the race area! Don't leave a single box! Collecting the Rappy Stamp: (2) Win the races three times in a row to enter the race area, you will have seen the Stamp Collection point and the rappy you need to speak to many times while racing!

8: 'Information Rappy!'
This Rappy is unlocked by smashing the computer console next to it. After doing so, he'll appear from the debris and swap information for points, but in order for you to get anything out of him, expect to pay in bags! You can get around without seeing him, don't do it!

(Also in this Area: Grandma Rappy! Take the Red Fruit to her after you've collected it from the 'Find The Rappy' game. She'll reward you greatly….ish!)

9: Collection point
This rappy does nothing useful really, just tells you the amount of points you have. If you want to do the samething without seeing him. Choose the 'Quest Board' from your Item Bag in the 'Start' menu and select the Points box!

10: 'Find The Rappy' (Cost: 5 Points)
In this game, you simply have to, Find the Rappies! The Rappy at the gate will give you the name of three Rappies: Calvin, Kevin, and Kovlin. Then he'll give you an order to find them in! When you enter the area, you'll see around 7/8 rappies walking around pointlessly. The object is to talk to them, and find out which one is which, keeping an eye on them as you go so you don't loose them, and then talk to those rappies in the order given at the start! Amoungst this lot is a very slow rappy which likes to waste your time by talking, very, very, slowly! Avoid him as much as possible! Also you'll find a Rappy which asks if you've got a little bit of free time. Select 'I'm in no hurry' and then she'll give you a Red Fruit and ask you to give it too her Grandma. (Take it too her at a later date, obviously! She's opposite Rappy 8). Finishing this game with a win will get you 10 points! Collecting the Rappy Stamp: (3) Simply find and talk too all three of the rappies in the order given at the start of the game before the time runs out, and the Rappy will appear on the Stamp Collection point next to Rappy 9! Go and talk to him!

(Also in this Area: Switch 2 - Hiding behind the boxes again as indicated on the map, go and keep hitting it until it appears Green. This unlocks the box behind Rappy 9. Warp - This warp only comes into play when you've started fighting! At which point use it too teleport to rappy 12.)

11: Chicken Race! (Cost: 3 Points)
This race involves a Rappy climbing aboard his 'Motorbike' with you, and racing down the slope of the hill running inbetween many boxes. When the race starts, you'll get a first person view of the pod racing down slope, and a menu will appears that lets you choose either 'STOP!!!', or 'STOP!!!' and the object is to select the option to make the pod stop just before it falls of the cliff, in which case it'll go tumbling over! Stopping miles away earns you a shameless 'D' with no prize! Stopping quite close earns you a 'C' and a Monomate! Stopping very close earns you a 'B' and 4 points, and stopping even closer then that (Approx. 0.1 Rappies!!) gets you a grade 'A' and 7 Points! Finally stopping ridiculously close earns you the grade of 'S-Class' and earns you the chance to take all the prizes in the area (Inc. all boxes) and run! When you've got an S-Class rank, by then you should have got the 'Friendship Fragment and collected all the stamps, but don't worry if you haven't! Also at this time, press the switch that appears at the end of the run to open the doors out of the forest. Collecting the Rappy Stamp: The last one, gained by getting a grade A here, making the Rappy appear at the Stamp collection point you passed on your way to get to this game! Now you've got them all, take it back to Rappy 4.

At this point you'll be in the area marked on the map with the Blue arrow. Run down this point, and press the green switch to unlock the Warp's, and the area marked by the Green arrow. Go upto that area, and soon the word 'Help!!' will appear, and the game will move over to a cut-scene of the Rappy alone guarded my many Booma's. Enter the room and kill all the monsters here, you cant hurt the rappy at this stage!

When you've killed everything in sight (Apart from the Rappy!) talk to it and you'll receive a story (zzzz) and a 'Rajuenda flower'. This rappy's fiancée has been captured by the hildebears in Hildebeast territory because they were seeking these Rajuenda flowers, its now your job to save him! Do this by walking back the way you came in and talk to the Rappy by the Warp (12). He'll see the Friendship Fragment and open the path for Forest 2 (The red glittery warp by the side of him). The green warp takes you to the other Warp earlier seen. If you need to go back to pioneer 2 beforehand, do so by visiting Rappy 5, and then coming back this way via the Warp.

Forest 2

Episode I - Hunters Guild - Walkthrough (Forest 2)

The games are over, you're far away from the festivities now, and the music has stopped...dam! Be prepared for many Hildebears!

To start off with, when you get to Forest 2, wait for all other players who are also in the game to come through the warp to this forest. To open any doors, you need to press the switch on the console in front of you (9), which will also at the sametime end the warp from forest one! You only get one shot at this!

Press the Switch on the console once everyone's there, and simply follow the map. A cut-scene shortly follows describing to you the nature of the reason she's also been captured!! Be warned while travelling through this level, as in areas where flames fall from the sky, your only allowed to get hit by them 3 times maximum throughout the game, as that's all the Rajuenda Flower will be able to heal you before it burns up. If the Rajuenda Flower burns up, its game over and you wont be able to return to continue to save the other Rappies. You will be able to see where the flames will be cast down to land by the sparkling land just before it hits! Don't stand or walk over the sparkles, and just keep on the move while defeating monsters while you go because the spirits will be following you and plotting where to cast down their fireballs! Be prepared for many Hildebears, as well as Wolves, Booma's, and Monest's!

The arrows on the map may seem to go everywhere, but that's what you'll be doing in this quest. The second you think you're near the end, your not as close as you thought you were! Simply follow the map, press almost all the buttons, and you will ensure you get to the end safely. When at the last stage, near the Dome entrance, you should expect millions of Hildebears to keep appearing everywhere. When you've defeated them all, and the level ends, you should speak to the little Hildebear for the level to end. A cut-scene will appear when taking all of the little Hildebears throughout the level away, and finally releasing the Rappies. After that, the festival music starts up again, and parties are almost guaranteed! Congratulations, you've finished the quest!
