Making a FOmar! (Junons)

FOmars are quite popular nowadays, most people tend to play him as Melee - Since his MST and TP are the lowest of all Forces... Thats not to say thats a bad thing, afterall he has the highest ATP of all Forces, combined with the power of Level 30 Shifta and Zalure he can do some pretty awesome damage, and if you also throw in Level 30 Deband and Jellen, you can make up for his low Defense and Hitpoints. I reckon this is the best way to make a FOmar, with this set of Statistics, it maxes both the things needed to succeed in melee or magical combat; You should be able to play him as mainly Melee up untill you enter Ultimate Mode - Unless you have a nice % Hit weapon and a few God/Arms you're gonna miss with 80% of your attacks, this is where i'd reccomend switching to Magic. If you have a Mind Mag and some Mind Units spare, i'd equip them - Otherwise its gonna take you forever to kill anything since you'll be missing most of the time! You should be able to switch back to Melee around Level 100, maybe earlier, depending on your equipment :) Basically once you reach the point where you can take an attack from a enemy in Forest without being knocked to the floor, you're ready - Remember to use Deband and Jellen!

Making a FOmar! - Mag

Def - 5
Pow - 75
Dex - 50
Mind - 70

I think a Sato,Nidra or Soniti ( If you can get hold of Mag Cell 502 ) is best for this FOmar as they all cast Invincibility when you fight bosses, when your PB bar is fully charged and when you have 1/10th of your HP which helps FOmar out since he isn't a proper Hunter type character and kinda lacks in the HP and DEF department, so this helps out greatly! I've tried to balance the Mag out to coincide with the Materials - So that its balanced and spread out; I could've gone for a max Power Mag, but then you'd need way over 150 Mind Materials - and i assure you it could take some time gathering that amount of Mind Materials :P

Making a FOmar! - Materials

Pow - 50
Mind - 105
Def - 65
Evp - 0
Lck - 30

I could've made it so that all Mats needed were bout 70ish each, but i decided to skimp on MST so that you could have a bit more ATP earlier on in Ultimate - So you could equip a better weapon sooner, without taking too much from MST so that you wouldnt be able to learn high level Techniques.

Making a FOmar! - Units

God/Battle - Nice for faster attacking, but not essential
God/Luck - Maxes out LUCK, which rules for Critical Hits

Now you have 2-3 spare slots which could be used for anything really...possibly a God/Tech and a Status/Cure type unit. You could also find some God/Powers or God/Minds really useful to equip weapons and use Tech Disks earlier in the lower levels.

With the Mag, Materials and Units this maxes out FOmars ATP, ATA, MST and LCK ( Which is nice at 100 for getting some insane Critical Hits in! )

Making a FOmar! - Comparison

Heres how a base level 200 FOmar, Max level 200 FOmar and tweaked level 200 FOmar should Compare...

Stat
Level 200 Base
Level 200 Max
Tweaked Level 200
ATP
753
1002
1002
DFP
321
470
456
MST
990
1340
1340
ATA
138
163
163
EVP
551
651
551
LCK
10
100
100

As you can see everything except DFP and EVP is maxed. I was only 14 points short of maxing DFP, so you can consider that maxed :P I didnt even bother with EVP at all cause i dont think its that great to be honest, anyway theres only a gap of 100 between level 200 base and level 200 max, which isnt that much.

This should help anyone create the ultimate melee or magic FOmar, so goodluck and have fun!
