The easiest way to get them is to go see Racton, then go back to where you teleported in. This one took me a while to find long ago on the DC version :S. Go west and follow the path around till you find the second disc. Then in the long room where Racton is, go north-east. Kill the monsters, and in the next room is the third and final disc.
