Xbox 2 Unveiling on MTV!

According to Computer and Video Games, Microsoft are to unveil the Xbox 2, not at E3, but on MTV!

During May 12th/13th (Depending on MTV Region), you might want to watch a show entitled 'MTV Presents: The Next Generation Xbox Revealed'.

Peter Moore, corporate vice president of worldwide marketing and publishing for Xbox at Microsoft, reckons the unusual unveiling will go down a storm. "Just as MTV revolutionised the way the world experiences music, the next-generation video game console from Xbox will spark a revolution in how consumers experience games and other forms of digital entertainment. We are ecstatic about our alliance with MTV and unveiling a video game platform in a way that has never been done."

Renowned ring stroking specialist Elijah Woods will be on hand to do the presenting and The Killers will provide some tunes. Other celebrities are also involved, leaving us to wonder for just how long the actual console will be shown.
Make sure to catch the program at the following times and dates:
  • United Kingdom: May 13th, 8pm
  • North America: May 12th, 9:30pm
  • Japan/Asia: May 12th, 11:30am
  • France: May 13th, 7pm
  • Germany: May 13th, 7pm
  • Italy: May 13th, 11:30pm
  • Netherlands: May 13th, 7:30pm
  • Poland: May 13th, 9pm
  • Portugal: May 13th, 8pm
  • Romania: May 13th, 8pm
  • Scandanavia: May 13th, 10pm
  • Spain: May 13th, 9:30pm
  • Australia: May 13th, 7pm

Strange but no doubt a program that will be very interesting to watch! Make sure you whack it in your Sky Personal Planner... when the time comes that is, its quite far ahead atm, but no point in not planning ahead, because that'd be silly! I wonder what Microsoft have up their sleeves eh?

Hehe yea, ill be sure to remind you a little closer to the time though me thinks.. if i remember it! Thats like a month ahead... i cant remember what i had for dinner! Wait.. wait.... nah its gone again

Anyways, its obvious Microsoft are pushing their new console towards the 'MTV' generation as they're known.. or as we're known i should say... and maybe its being made for more then just a games console? Maybe Xbox Live Radio? You can listen to it while you play games! You never know!

Lol! Just an idea! Maybe there'll be a part of Xbox Live where you can watch MTV in a tiny screen while in chat rooms chatting 2 your mates! Hmm... maybe i should come up with these kind of ideas for a living!

Well in any case, theyve obviously got some entertainment gizmo's hidden away in their console to unveil.... So it shall be VERY interesting to see!

I don't think they should put it on MTV, as that channel is the worst thing that's ever happended to the world.
